Industrial-Grade Control Room Furniture for Engineering Constructors and Systems Integrators
ImageVision brings decades of experience to the table when it comes to helping companies resolve their industrial control room furniture needs.
In fact, the President and CEO of ImageVision spent 23 years at Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation before leaving to found ImageVision. The lessons he retained about quality from that time are deeply ingrained in every control room console we manufacture.
Early in the design phase of our AgileVIEW control room console – the most common product line for industrial customers – we consulted with systems integrators, engineering constructors, OEMs, and end-users to guide our development plans. Specifically, our mission was to learn which features were essential for AgileVIEW to perform well in a wide variety of applications and demanding industrial environments, and to incorporate these necessary features in our new product offering.
Some of the key input we received and ultimately incorporated in the AgileVIEW design included:
- All-steel construction
- Metal wireways running horizontally and vertically throughout each console line-up
- Solid, metal wireways with dividers to separate power from control wiring
- Ferrites on factory installed SVGA analog video monitor cables to reduce noise and image distortion.
Featuring a 14/16 gauge steel frame and including front, side, and rear panels constructed from powder-coated 16 gauge sheet metal, our AgileVIEW and AbleVIEW consoles are built to last like no other industrial control room furniture on the market.
Most importantly, we work with every customer to ensure that each console we ship is outfitted to improve the productivity of your control room.
Our industrial control room furniture arrives at your site fully assembled. Each console ships shrink-wrapped, edge-protected and palletized. Just unpack, level, bolt together and go.
